## Before&After: Getting back control over processes

“Before Crono, the **outbound process** was **slow** and rusty, **entering contacts** into the CRM took a lot of time and didn’t allow us to **track** the **interactions** correctly. In fact we didn’t have the possibility to enter the **LinkedIn** **messages** into the CRM. Moreover, not all the team members had access to the **CRM** **Sequences**.

With Crono we were finally able to divide the contacts in **lists** and **track** **everything** correctly. The outbound process is **smoother** and easier and everybody has the possibility to create Strategies.”
