Introduction

Crono’s privacy policy follows international data protection legislation. In addition, Crono intends to inform the user through this document of their rights and obligations regarding the privacy of their data whilst explaining the reasons for the storage and use of the data.

Data collected by Crono

“Crono” refers to Crono SaaS Ltd having its registered address in 2nd Floor 168 Shoreditch High Street, E1 6RA, London, United Kingdom and company number 14261927. 

Crono, as a data controller, collects all the information entered in the application by the user and stores it on the servers of the Crono storage provider. Being a Cloud service, server storage is a requirement for the operation of the application , hat is why the user shall accept this fact.

The personal data that the user shall provide are:

  • Full Name;
  • Telephone number and email address;
  • Any other information or data you freely choose to share with us.
 

In some cases, it is mandatory to fill out registration forms to access and enjoy certain services offered on the web, likewise, not providing the personal data requested or not accepting this data protection policy means the inability to subscribe, register or participate in any of the promotions in which personal data are requested.

Finally, Crono collects data from the connected device through cookies. The user can deactivate the cookies in his browser so that Crono does not collect such information in case the user wants it to be so. This information is used to perform navigation studies and access to the application, as well as the use of it. The navigation information includes the type of device and its characteristics, location, and connection times.

How do we process your data obtained through Gmail integration or other Google tools?

Crono will only use access to read, create, or modify message bodies (including attachments), metadata, or headers, and settings to provide a web email client that allows users to compose, send, read and process emails and will not transfer this Gmail data to others unless doing so is necessary to provide and improve these features, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Crono will not absolutely use this data to advertising purpose.

Crono’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
