About the Role

As a Customer Success Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our relationship with clients. You'll work closely with our CS Management team to support, engage, and grow our customer base, ensuring they get the most out of Crono – and have an amazing experience doing so.

This role is the perfect launchpad if you're curious about the world of SaaS, want to develop real skills (not just get coffee), and love working with people.

Your Mission

  • Own Relationships → Support the CS Management team in building meaningful, trust-based relationships with customers.
  • Solve Problems → Proactively understand user needs, flag roadblocks, and help design solutions that matter.
  • Drive Value → Support customers in reaching their goals through data, guidance, and tailored resources (guides, playbooks, etc).
  • Co-create Processes → Help us improve onboarding, support, and retention by making things smarter and smoother.
  • Collaborate Across Teams → Work with sales, product, and marketing to align on customer insights and turn feedback into action.
  • Be Data-Smart → Use analytics to understand customer behavior and propose ideas that improve the experience.

Who You Are

  • Completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or similar.
  • A natural communicator – empathetic, clear, and human-first.
  • Curious, proactive, and energized by solving challenges.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, but always see the bigger picture.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
  • Spanish is a strong plus.

Crono is the AI Sales Orchestration platform for B2B teams and AI agents. With 300+ customers across Europe and 4x YoY growth, we're moving fast into mid-market & enterprise. Data, signals, workflows, and AI agents come together on Crono to drive revenue execution. If you want to work on something that's becoming a category, not just a feature – this is it.

📍 Location: Remote-first, with the option to meet in Milan / Brescia
📄 Contract: Full-time
💰 Salary range: €30k – €40k

The Role

We're looking for a strong Frontend Engineer (3+ years) to help us build the execution layer of our core product. You'll work directly on features that sales teams and AI agents use daily, shaping UX, performance, and how complex workflows feel simple.

What You'll Do

  • Build & Ship → Deliver high-impact features in our core product.
  • Own Architecture → Take responsibility for frontend architecture and performance.
  • Collaborate Closely → Work hand-in-hand with product & backend teams on real-world workflows.
  • Simplify Complexity → Turn complex logic into clean, intuitive UI that just works.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in frontend development.
  • Strong experience with React + TypeScript.
  • Product mindset: you care about UX, not just code.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, high-ownership environments.
  • Experience or strong interest in working with AI tools / AI-assisted development.
  • You like solving messy, real problems.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience with complex data / real-time systems.
  • Experience building Chrome extensions.
