In this Customer Story, we asked three Spanish customers what they like about Crono and how they use the platform.

The aim is to show how the solution adapts perfectly to the Spanish market, being useful and flexible for companies of different sizes.

¿Puede contarnos un poco quién sois y qué hacéis?

Aticco es un ecosistema formado por 4 unidades de negocio que son Aticco workspaces (espacios de trabajo flexible) , Aticco Living (vivienda flexible), Aticco Lab (una aceleradora de startups) y Aticco Ventures (una business angels comunity).

Somos una plataforma SaaS diseñada para medianas y grandes empresas que se enfrentan al reto de identificar y desarrollar las verdaderas competencias de sus empleados.

Nuestro innovador enfoque de desarrollo de empleados basado en challenges, combinado con Growth Roadmaps 100% personalizadas y funciones de colaboración, nos distingue como la solución para capacitar a las empresas en el desarrollo de purpose-driven teams.

Peimi es el software que permite automatizar el cálculo de las comisiones comerciales evitando errores y dando transparencia a los equipos.

¿Por qué decidieron convertirse en clientes de Crono?

Decidimos adoptar la plataforma porque Crono es una herramienta super útil para hacer outbound en nuestros espacios de trabajo ya que nos ayuda a encontrar a futuros clientes potenciales a través de LinkedIn.

Buscábamos una plataforma que nos ayudara a gestionar y organizar nuestra pipeline de clientes. El servicio de Customer Success y la facilidad de uso de la plataforma nos convencieron.

Crono tiene muy buena relación calidad-precio, muchas funcionalidades muy interesantes (búsqueda de mail, integración con Hubspot, analítica, etc…).

Hay bastantes herramientas parecidas, pero Crono es muy completa y la integración con Hubspot te ayuda a pasar los contactos que hayas empezado a prospectar de Linkedin a tu CRM.

Además tiene un departamento de Costumer Experience muy reactivo, que contesta rápidamente a las dudas, y semanalmente informan sobre las nuevas funcionalidades que van subiendo.

¿Cuáles son las necesidades y objetivos para el 2024?

Nuestra necesidad es encontrar el mayor número de DM posibles de cada empresa, ponernos en contacto con ellos, ofrecerles nuestros espacios de trabajo flexibles e incluso proponerles un cambio en sus espacios de trabajo actuales, animandoles a que formen parte de la comunidad Aticco.

Nuestros objetivos se basan en la venta de espacios de trabajo flexible y en la retención diaria de nuestros coworkers , haciendo que se sientan parte de la comunidad Aticco.

Nuestra necesidad actual es tener [los contactos de] clientes e inversores en un solo lugar y automatizar las emails mientras que crecemos. Nuestro objetivo para 2024 es lanzar Entreprelearners en el primer trimestre y certificar al menos a 5 empresas como purpose-driven.

Una de las necesidades que tenemos e la de automatizar los procesos comerciales ya sea a través del canal LinkedIn o mail.  Estuvimos utilizando otras herramientas, pero Crono es la que se adapta mejor a nuestras necesidades por la usabilidad y la visibilidad que nos da en todo el proceso comercial.

El objetivo en 2024 es tener más de 80 empresas que utilizan Peimi y ser el referente en España en el vertical de ICM (Incentive Compensation Management).

¿Cuáles son las características de Crono que más les gustan?

Es una buena herramienta porque es fácil de usar, muy intuitiva, muy personalizada ya que se puede crear templates específicos para cada empresa o DM e incluso te recuerda tus tareas diarias y notificaciones.

Además ante cualquier duda o consulta te responden al momento son super rápidos y el equipo de Crono siempre está dispuesto a ayudar.

La función de equipo, la facilidad de utilizo y la integración con LinkedIn.

Nos gusta mucho la usabilidad que tiene, permite tener muy bien organizado la base de prospects, y gestionar diferentes workflows según el tipo de Prospect.

Además es una herramienta que combina muy bien los canales LinkedIn y mailing. La extensión que tienen para Linkedin es muy útil ya que en pocos clicks puedes crear una base de prospects en Crono y realizar el outbound de manera automática.

Can you tell us a little bit about who you are and what you do?

Aticco is an ecosystem formed by 4 business units which are Aticco workspaces (flexible workspaces), Aticco Living (flexible housing), Aticco Lab (a startup accelerator) and Aticco Ventures (a business angels community).

Entreprelearners is the HR and L&D solution for companies. We identify and develop the skills of employees.

We are a SaaS platform designed for medium and large companies that face the challenge of identifying and developing the true skills of their employees.

Our innovative approach to employee development is based on challenges, combined with Growth Roadmaps 100%. customisable and collaborative features sets us apart as the solution to empower companies to develop purpose-driven teams.

Peimi is the software that automates the calculation of commercial commissions, avoiding errors and providing transparency to the teams.

Why did you decide to become a Crono customer?

We decided to adopt the platform because Crono is a super useful tool for outbound as it helps us to find potential future clients through LinkedIn.

We were looking for a platform to help us manage and organise our customer pipeline. The Customer Success service and the easiness of use of the platform won us over.

Crono’s pricing is fair and it has many impressive features (email search, integration with Hubspot, analytics, etc…).

There are many similar tools, but Crono is very complete and the integration with Hubspot helps to pass the contacts you have started to prospect from Linkedin to your CRM.

It also has a Costumer Experience department that is very reactive, which quickly responds to queries and weekly reports on new features that are being added.

What are the needs and goals for 2024?

Our need is to find as many DMs as possible from each company, get in touch with them, offer them our flexible workspaces and even propose a change in their current workspaces, encouraging them to become part of the Aticco community.

Our objectives are based on the sale of flexible workspaces and the retention daily of our coworkers, making them feel part of the Aticco community.

Our current need is to have [the contacts of] customers and investors in one place and automate the emails as we grow. Our goal for 2024 is to launch Entreprelearners in the first quarter and certify at least 5 companies as purpose-driven.

One of the needs we have is to automate the commercial processes either through LinkedIn or mail.  We have been using other tools, but Crono is the one that best suits our needs due to the usability and visibility that it gives us throughout the commercial process.

The goal in 2024 is to have more than 80 companies using Peimi and to be the benchmark in Spain in the ICM (Incentive Compensation Management) vertical.

What are the features of Crono that you like the most?

It is a good tool because it is easy to use, very intuitive, and extremely personalised as you can create specific templates for each company or DM and it even reminds you of your daily tasks and notifications.

In addition to any doubt or query they respond immediately, they are super fast and the Crono team is always ready to help.

The feature we like the most is Team one, together with the LinkedIn integration and the ease of use of the platform.

We really like the usability it has, it allows us to have a very well-organised prospect base, and to manage different workflows depending on the type of Prospect.

It is also a tool that combines very well the LinkedIn and mailing channels. The extension they have for LinkedIn is very useful because, with a few clicks, you can create a prospect base in Crono and automatically perform the outbound.
